How long does it take for a cryptocurrency transfer to be credited?
The arrival time will depend on the speed of execution on the chain. If it takes more than 24 hours to arrive, please contact Crydit customer service for inquiries.
What is the time frame for adding fiat currency to my account? Are there any restrictions on recharging?
Your bank card will be credited within 4-12 hours after recharging. Please note that holidays may affect the processing time. We will monitor the process in real-time. If your account is not credited within 48 hours, please contact Crydit Customer Service. There are no restrictions on the amount you can add to your account.
Can a credit card be linked to WeChat and Alipay?
Crydit supports linking WeChat and Alipay. Please refer to the WeChat linking process (WeChat binding link) and the Alipay linking process (Alipay linking link).
WeChat Note: The first time you link a foreign card on WeChat, it will automatically pop up after you finish linking, please re-enter your bank card information to complete the linking.
Alipay Note: If you encounter Alipay's risk control during the card linking process, please follow the prompts to upload the Crydit card details interface with your name. (Be careful to protect your confidential information) If you are still unable to link Alipay, we recommend that you contact Alipay's customer service and inform them that you are using a foreign bank card.
How to deal with the failure of card linking?
Please prioritize contacting the third-party customer service regarding the risk control reminder process.
We recommend following the platform's guidelines for risk control lifting and submitting relevant information through the self-service portal for unblocking. If the problem persists, please contact the third-party platform's customer service for assistance in lifting the restriction. We will fully cooperate with you to provide any relevant qualifications and certificates, and offer complete assistance to ensure your protection.
Is the billing real time?
Our bills are pushed in real time based on the billing information received back from the Danske bank. As the running bills are pushed by the Danske bank to show to the customers, if there is no transfer for more than 24 hours please contact Crydit customer service.
How to handle triggering 3Ds?
During the transaction process, the merchant will initiate authentication with the bank to confirm the security of the transaction. Please refer to our 3DS authentication solution (3Ds authentication solution link)
What should I do if I lose my card and how to replace it? What is the procedure?
Please freeze the card on the Crydit web interface to prevent unauthorized use, and contact our customer service to request a replacement card. The cost for card replacement is £35, excluding postage. The specific cost will be based on the official notification.
Why can't my Crydit card be linked to certain third-party payment platforms after activation?
When linking your Crydit card to third-party payment platforms, please ensure that the balance is maintained at a minimum of 1 US dollar to facilitate the 3ds verification process by the platform.
Important Notice
Due to security considerations for client funds, transactions involving smart contracts cannot be automatically credited and require manual intervention. This process will result in extended transaction settlement times.
